"Lost water. Called a friend from work who used to work with his Grandpa who ran a well company. Clark told me to call Dain, that he was honest and knows the industry. It was around noon when I called Dain but he surprised me by saying he could be out later in the evening. A few hours went by and Dain texted that he could make it out around 6:30 pm. I've had companies in the past that won't work that late but he was out right at 6:30 and stayed until he had repaired a switch and guage that had failed on the pressure tank. It was such a relief to have the problem fixed that quickly. In talking with Dain, we discovered that he is very close friends with a family that my twin brother is close friends with. I usually look for advice from family and friends and turns out that a friend and family member who have never met before would have given me the same advice, call Dain! I couldn't be happier with Ace Pump and Well, I highly recommend them."

"We had no water to our house. Dain Olson came out same day I called (day after Thanksgiving) and got us water. Quick fix til he could come back and diagnose the main issue. He got sick but kept us informed. Called as soon as he could come back out. He was very informative. He tried several things as to try and keep the cost down as opposed to jumping to the most expensive fix. Spent the entire day at my house. Got the well components replaced and noticed a water pressure issue caused by our water softener afterwards. He went above and beyond, flushing it out to get rid of sediment. He didn't leave til he knew we were sitting better off than we were before our no water issue even began."

If it’s been a while since your system has been serviced, or if you need a second opinion its worth getting Gary to do a maintenance check and make sure everything is working and balanced out properly."
